Security deposit amount (EMD) of Rs. 3000 INR will be charged which will be refunded to the consumer once the trip is over and all the required checks are done.

The change in the Car model will be charged Rs. 500/-.
If you travel more kms than the total kms of your journey or if you are taking more time than your duration, then additional charges will be applicable as per kms and hours.
We apply charges for the extended hours. Charges can be around 10% or 500, whichever is higher.
If the vehicle gets damaged, the consumer is bound to pay the total estimated amount of the vehicle repair decided by the authorized dealership.

The terms "me" and "car" individually and collectively refer to Me and Car Private Limited, and the term "customer" refers to the users/members under the membership agreement.
